Do I need to setup an account to place an order?You do not need to set up an account to place an order. However creating an account allows you to store your shipping information, see order history, and view your product’s warranty information. Additional features will be added to the account page in the near future.

Do you offer gift wrappingYes, we will provide exquisite packaging, and both the product and packaging will have a traceability source code to ensure that the products you receive are genuine. We directly supply from HOKA manufacturers!

Can I return the product if I am not satisfied with it?Yes, within 7 days of receiving the product, you can initiate a refund at any time. We will refund you unconditionally without any reason or charge for shipping. We will ensure that every customer who purchases the product genuinely likes it!
